Sutter Health x Alto Pharmacy
Launching a new service with Sutter Health, select Bay Area delivery zones have access to free, same-day retail pharmacy delivery through Alto Pharmacy for many prescription drugs. A convenient delivery of prescription medications right to a home or office.
The page needed to be simple and have very clear CTAs. In our case, we decided to create a (3) step process to help people get started. Secondary to that, we wanted to inform visitors of specific features and benefits to their membership. At the end of the page was a final CTA to find a provider.

Above the fold were the the ever important H1 tags and very specific Call To Action.
In this hero section, we had “Meet the new way to get your prescription. Free, same-day delivery.” Simple and straight forward. Additionally, the call to action was actually the first step, buttons to download the app for either Android or iOS devices.
Following were H2 tags to reinforce the service ‘From pharmacy to your front door…” and speaking directly to Sutter Health members on the ability to manage, fill and take advantage of the same-day delivery at no cost.
In this section, we have the simple 3 steps process that has been finalized to include branded colors and utilizes the same creative for brand + message continuity. Directly below this section, we included Member Services hours and contact information if anyone needs help.
Below the fold we get into the general features and benefits from Sutter Health, all items were highly relevant and priority. The nurse advice line, video visits and new locations for walk-in care were all tied together (you will also see below with Tera service).
