I returned from a trip to Miami and check my account.I found that somebody had charged nearly 10,000.oo dollars on my debit card 5700.00 dollars to apple online store. Wonderful I dont own a make and Ipad or an Iphone nor have I ever bought any I tunes. I did what Im supposed to do and called and reported it and went into the bank, unlike any bank I know except the crooks at Bof A they claim they cant stop the transaction and must wait until it posts which is bull needless to say it tokk a week to get my money back. i got the letter signed it and mailed it back SOP. Yesterday, 3 months later i got a call from the claim dept claiming that the day before I reported the Fraud I called Bof A to verify the charge. I asked how did they know it was me, they said they verified the identity by verifying where i opened the account DUHHHHHHHHH. Of course the crook guessed correctly the town i lived in WHAT A GENIUS. they said they sent me a letter staing my claimm was declined which I never got. If that is the case why did the money not come pout of my account. And of course nobody there can tell me where this purchase I allegedly made shipped to. They guy on the phone basically called me a thief. I have no criminal record. I told him i will sue him for Slander. Notning but trouble from them no i have to deal with this bullshit. They also told me this person that called caliming to be me, had a conference call with the apple store and Visa to update my daily credit limit from 1000 to 10000 dollars. I never got any notice from Bof A that my limit was increased. Also, I was in my local branch to check the staus of my claim and nobody ever told me that I had called to verify the charge. WHAT A FUCKIN JOKE!
