Famous Artist: BLU – Stop Motion Graffiti Video

Geez…how much do I miss being creative with my hands. To create something physically tangible with my bare hands. Luckily, there are many artists out there that still rip; one of my favorite artists: BLU.

Hailing all the way from Italy, BLU’s creations are delivered to us via videos – most of which you can find on his site or youtube – where stop motion is used. The imagery created from BLU is generally very opaque, colors solid to compliment his organic lines. The visuals really impress me with the ever-changing visuals; visuals that are continuously moving, demanding your attention. Your eyes are quickly diverted from, say, a rubble of trash to a growing leg, into a man swallowing a little creature like child.
